A duplicated inferior vena cava, along with a double renal artery and other vascular variations, is an infrequent finding and its thorough knowledge is significant in various vascular, urological and colorectal surgeries, as well as in treatment of thromboembolic disease. The present case reports a duplicated infra-renal inferior vena cava, presence of transverse intercaval channel, absence of right common iliac vein and double right renal artery, all in one case. Such a constellation of variations has rarely been reported, so the awareness of these deviations is crucial for accurate diagnosis, careful surgical planning, and prevention of potential complications.
